Lol. Yes all if those. That doesn’t seem like “no issues” to me. Particularly the being charged for items that weren’t delivered. I hope they get their scaling up issues sorted soon.
If you email them, they will correct it. I've been with them for years, and I've only had this happen once or twice. Usually if they are out of something I ordered, I get an email the day of the delivery telling me that they were out and it was removed from my order (and then doesn't show on the invoice). So double-check your invoice to see if something was removed before complaining.
Yes, I usually have at least one o to of stock item, but on delivery day there are sometimes one or two other items missing which still appear on the invoice. I do email them to correct it and it goes to a “credit,” which doesn’t appear to show up on my next order automatically. So if I really want the amount credited, I have to email them to inform them of the mistake and get credit, and them email them again to have them actually apply the credit. I really wish they would just issue refunds. I’m not going to harass them over $4-6 dollars every single delivery, so I’ve given up.
