NP here.  Why cite you a case that you won’t believe?  We have no test cases of someone in a clean room for two weeks and then sent out walking on a sidewalk with guards to make sure they don’t stop.  The verification you are so insistently and desperately seeking is unethical and [b]simply doesn’t exist.  [/b]

Bingo. It doesn't exist. Not in DC, VA, Maryland, the rest of the US, or the rest of the world.

I'll happily wear a mask indoors, and outside - as soon as there is an indication that the risk is there and confirmed in a moment's pass outdoors. But it's not, because you said it yourself. Zero cases of this kind exist.
