There is a Parent Advisory Committee.  Just email them and ask if they plan on changing the name or surveying the parents.  If not boycott them if it goes against your beliefs.  I believe they should but not enough so to put any effort into them doing so.[/quote]

um quick interjection (i'm not the pp). parent advisory committee last year told us "coaches get two years with a team". and this year i once again see several girls age groups in their third year with their coach. so, no thank you i don't feel like being lied to again.[/quote]

What coach would you have wanted? It's not like they have many that anyone wants. And any change is likely to get you LB as the coach.[/quote]

It doesn't matter who I want as a coach, it matters that they LIED to us.  New coaches come in every year, some coaches leave every year.  I'd like to know why I was told "coaches change every year".  Meanwhile, JN is on his third season for 04s, 03s (that is, if those teams have enough players), as is EE.  So at the end of the day, nothing changes despite being told there would be changes.  Which, means to me, LB will be taking older girls again.  I'd suspect sooner than later, probably starting with the 05s next year.[/quote]
