Agree. That guy met the criteria for danger to self and others. In addition he was agitated, out in public, clearly psychotic/ drugged out and the neighbors called the police. He was clearly not responsible for his actions and could have turned violent at any moment. Taser doesn’t seem right. But neither does having the police and ambulance wait hours for his drug high to wear off or mental state to improve. [/quote]

Bobby White Boy will also be free-range in your neighborhood the next time he goes on a bad tweek. You can deal with him. Unless he’s actively harming someone, they’ll clear the scene.
