They would scan the bar code on the secret envelope and that should register the ballot in the system. I think? DC BoE is pretty silent on what the plan is. I have no idea if they have started counting mail in and early ballots yet. I’m thinking the results on BoE website reflects yesteday’s In-person voting totals.[/quote]
