Where/how did Brooke campaign? I saw only 2-3 of her signs in my neighborhood. I got tons of mailers for Grossman, Kennedy, and Putta. Grossman and Kennedy campaigns were texting me constantly. I also saw tons of Kennedy and Grossman ads on social media.
I literally saw ZERO about Brooke, aside from her own website. It’s like a phantom campaign and I’m pretty highly engaged in Ward 2 politics. I’m honestly shocked at her vote count, seeing that she had so few donors from our Ward relative to Kennedy, Grossman, and Putta.

I never saw any Pinto signs until two weeks before the election. All I know about her is that she took money from the former GOP atty gen in Michigan.
Source for Schutte money? Patrick Kennedy accepted PAC money from Walton family and Jemal developer bucks. Yuck.

Somewhat related question: where is the ballot tracking tool PP mentioned above? I'd like to make sure my ballot arrived.

It says it can’t find my ballot. My guess is that it has not been counted yet. They would scan the bar code on the secret envelope and that should register the ballot in the system. I think?
DC BoE is pretty silent on what the plan is. I have no idea if they have started counting mail in and early ballots yet. I’m thinking the results on BoE website reflects yesteday’s In-person voting totals.
