It seems to me like it should, but will it? Emergency Proposal to Enter Phase One GOOD NEWS: On Thursday, The Board will consider an Emergency Ordinance proposal that would permit restaurants and exercise facilities to open outdoors pursuant to Phase One Guidelines. This proposal would allow outdoor dining and fitness and exercise activities at 50% of the permitted interior occupancy. More information to come soon.[/quote]
