If we enter phase one right after Memorial Day but phase two doesn’t happen until, say, mid-July, that’s much of the season gone. Even worse if we hit phase 1 June 10th to go along with DC. They might decide it doesn’t make sense to open for a few weeks. Not exactly a pool, but my DS was invited to a birthday party in June at a kids indoor play place/kids gym. And they are now contacting parents to reschedule June parties - and some July parties because of all the previous re-scheduled parties - because they don’t think they can be open during phase 1.
