Those are the phase 1 guidelines- although the 10 people does not include lifeguards.  Its no furniture and only 10 people for lap swimming only, 1 swimmer per lane.  I don't feel like searching for it right now- but you can find the guidance fairly easily on the governor's web page.

We aren't far from Newington Forest (pretty close actually). We heard during our board meeting that they aren't opening. We are not an HOA pool, but rather a private club. We will be opening for lap swim under Phase 1, one person per lane, nobody on deck, so no furniture usage. I'm aware of 3 nearby planning to open for lap swim and one that is not (in addition to NF) and one that is closed for the entire summer.[/quote]
