[/quote] That’s not how bankruptcy works. A company can use bankruptcy to get out of unprofitable leases. I judge isn’t going to decide L&T’s use of the space is “unfair” and force them to change. The objective is to maximize the assets of the debtor. Unless L&T is forgoing more lucrative options for IT - not the public at large - out of spite, people unhappy with the situation are unlikely to get relief from bankruptcy.[/quote]
