OP here. when we got married he made it such a huge point to put my name on his bank account right away .  Like he was showing me how awesome he was. I do have my own bank acct where my earned money  gets deposited . It’s nice having cash so the credit card nazi doesn’t see everything I purchase.   I grab a check from his drawer  and add money to my account once in a while without telling him.   oh boy in our last huge fight he was quick to throw that in my face.  So this time I asked  and you see how that worked out.   So basically it has pretty much turned into,  “this is our joint bank account honey, but don’t you dare fricken touch it”!  :evil:  [/quote]
