So, kids are getting bored with the soccer app their club has them doing. I see a handful of trainers in the area still advertising personal training sessions or small group training sessions. Would you do it? 1 trainer, 1 kid . . . generally 6 feet apart? Crazy to even consider? :?
A calculated risk for sure, but we are doing it. 1 on 1 with the same trainer is less risk than taking a walk outside amongst strangers.
As someone with a family member with covid, I can say you are selfish as F*CK. Yes, you might not get sick. You probably won’t. But god only know who you’ll spread it to without even realizing it.
+10000 Can't a parent take the kid to the field and work 1v1 with him/her. It's not frickin rocket science. Put some cones out. Have him/her dribble through them and time her. Have her finish with a shot. Have her practice free kicks, corners, PKs. Punt some to her and have her trap it and take a shot on you. Working with someone outside of your family is f*****g stupid. Who is the trainer that is doing this?
go to the fields and look. Plenty of private training going on.
Not around us. We have police kicking people off of fields in Arlington.
Loudoun is doing the same and made it clear you are considered 'trespassing' and can be charged with a misdemeanor.
This resulted because people cannot get past their own selfishness and obey directives.
Or others cannot get past their own selfishness and let other people make decisions for themselves. Get over yourself. Would you say the same if our President says things should be open, but you kept your store shut? Would that be selfish? Or would that be your own decision? This America. You can expect a lot more of this. And we can expect a lot more of the carping above.
