I'm not sure you're making the point you think you are.  She hasn't toured since her kids were 2 and 5, over 13 years ago.  How does that make him the primary parent for anything other than the preschool stretch?[/quote]
Yup they toured in 2009 and in 2019 but nothing in between.[/quote]

They did the Long Time Gone mini tour in 2013 and the DCX MMXVI-VII World Tour in 2016-2017. I don't think they toured in 2009. I think you were looking at the wrong band.
