You might get it for one night at $333.  No way will you get $333 per month.  You might get a room in a trailer 10 miles in from the beach for $333 per month.
Going rate for a shed and this was in 1978 - 1982 was $2500 for the season....I would rent June 15 thru labor day and grossed around $10,000 to pay for college.
I think my last year I had a room and a bath room and maybe a shared kitchen for $2500 for the season again this was 1982 monies.

There is huge demand for one room rentals in beach areas for the work force.

Mom, disinvite the kid.  No way will the kid find any accomodations for $333 per month.
