[/quote] It doesn’t sound like OPs DW hit the gas when the light turned green (there’s no way she’d be going 35mph at that point) It sounds like she drove through a green light at 35mph (totally legal) at the same time the teen was running a red light (totally illegal). The kid is at fault and his parents insurance needs to pay.[/quote]
