That's not a future "phase 2" that may or may not happen (as at CC), but an actual plan that will happen in the near-term. And, they negotiated the parking lease to cover the entire time until parking exists. HB also has 700 students vs. 2000+, so yes, my outrage is fine, thanks.[/quote]
