Also what about setting up a carpool with some of the activities - like you drop off and another parent brings your kid home. Also an 11 year old is old enough to have a wait around a little while. Say you need to pick up two kids from different activities at the same time, just have your 11 year old read a book in a safe place (lobby, etc.) and wait on you. I would definitely revisit your schedule and see how you can simplify. Needing three different drivers for only three small kids sounds excessive in terms of their schedule.[/quote]
