Women used to get shelter, food, security in exchange for childbearing, independence. Now that everbing is an equal partnership? Women get he short end of the stick.

All things being equal
We both make $X
We both have degrees
We both want children

Pregnancy does not last 1 year, or two. Babies do not need to breastfeed. Everything is a choice. If women get used to shelter, food, support etc- that is their choice, to leave everything up to their man/ woman. Women have to earn their own money to have a say in what happens in the home.

My point is only a woman is having a baby. That’s literal labor no one else can do. And yes, your body is different for 8-20 months. Literally. Unless you adopt. That’s why I said all things being equal, we still get the short end of the stick.[/quote]
