She spent about a year putting on her next day clothes (usually cotton shorts/leggings and dress) at night and sleeping in them instead of PJs. It was her idea and we decided not to pick that battle one night, but it turned out to solve lots of bedtime and morning challenges. Now she wears a uniform and it’s not comfy for sleeping in, sadly.
