I wish my DC never got involved in lacrosse and all the bad apples, physical risks and lax bro culture. It's not just Maxlax. Lacrosse a cesspool.
I have never seen any of this in five years of travel lacrosse. Garbage post. Get lost, troll.
Couldn't agree with the post of wishing my kid never got involved in lacrosse. The culture is awful and the parents are intolerable. Your post shows the level of the parent behavior in this sport. My kids played just about every sport except hockey and sitting on the sidelines of lacrosse games watching and listening to lax parents was torture.
Again. I have been a lacrosse parent for five years and I have never seen "intolerable" parent behavior. So far, it has been good sportsmanship on the field and on the sidelines. When the other team makes a good play - when the opposing goalie makes a good stop - parents of the affected team will say "good shot" or "good stop" or whatever. I am totally dismissive of "lacrosse culture is awful" posts because I haven't seen it and I think it is the product of one person's kid having a bad experience (maybe they got cut or something) and therefore that kid's parent is lashing out at the entire sport.
