I agree that his overall compensation, consisting of both salary and bonus, is greater than other directors. However, his salary is comparable to other directors. What is different is the bonus. It would be interesting/useful to learn how that is calculated or determined, and whether ASA is obligated to continue giving him comparable bonuses in the future under whatever arrangement determined it.[/quote]
