Seriously?  I live in an established neighborhood in the District and would not trade up from our 2 mil house for a Phillips "oasis."  You cannot walk anywhere from there in less than 15 minutes.  Why live in the city in a huge house on a small lot if there are no other conveniences?[/quote]

Really? Do you know that there are small lots or are you just going off what you read on this thread? Most of the lots there are huge. You sound like one of those District residents that don't want any progress and change. You must be fighting the new Giant on Wisconsin.[/quote]
