Well I gave OP two options: troll, or stupid.  So you can pick which one.  OP, stop getting your ideas about Democratic policy from Fox and the DCUM politics board, and go onto the candidates websites.

too many ideas to list - But this caught my eye, as we have many of these services in place.  CASA immediately comes to mind.
