This would be a great thing to post on a thread where the OP was looking for encouragement to go for a VBAC.  Since OP has to have a c-section and specifically asked for positives she might not think of to help her adjust to her new reality, it's a sh*tty thing to post.  [/quote]

It is not a shitty thing to post. OP SPECIFICALLY ASKED "TELL ME WHY A C SECTION IS BETTER" In my experience and opinion it is not. I'm not going to lie to OP.  I was honest and truthful in sharing my experience which in a nutshell is that my c section wasn't better but I did get extra short term disability pay, which can be considered a plus.

Most people either have c sections OR vaginal births however I happen to have experience with both. As such I felt both qualified to speak on the subject as well as moved to share my experience with OP. [/quote]
