So we do daily showers for the kid about 6 months a year, but compromise and do 4-5 showers/week during the colder months, alternating with quick "wipe-downs" with a cloth as long as she hasn't been doing serious physical activity. She's only 6, though.

As for people in Europe, one of the cultural reasons they bathe less is that it's not typically as hot and sweaty as most of the rest of the world.[/quote]
