^ but you have to see the dog do it. Then, you take it to them immediately.
I'd think you'd want to leave the bag in the sun to warm up a little, no?
Make sure you forget to close the bag when you leave it on their step!! Personally I’d be inclined to use a plastic spoon and just smear it all over their door step. Wouldn’t want to leave the spoon itself since that might be littering..
This is op - trust me, I fantasize about doing exactly that but don’t think that would help!! We live in a pretty high end subdivision. I don’t want to stereotype but the mom is an anesthesiologist and they downsized from a very expensive home to this which is still expensive by most standards - I can’t help but think they are just entitled ass holes who think they are better than everyone.
Do they have guests? I do think that having poop smeared on their mat and step would have an effect, especially when others will see it. It’s not breaking laws so I’d just do it. Whatever they could claim (littering? Vandalism?) they’ve already done to you first, so no judge would care about it. Clean hands rule and all that. Use a plastic lid from salad or something, and just smear it on their step and mat and take back the lid to the trash. You’re just returning their poop. I would do it every single time.
