[/quote] So basically the student lost in 2 lower courts. Unlikely that the Supreme Court will take this case. All the adetus are doing at this point is airing dirty laundry which seems to reflect badly on them and Sidwell. It looks like the upshot of all this was to change a math grade from an A- to an A.
