As I said prior WOTP is set in stone EOTR is set in stone there actually need to be more schools closings. KIPP and DC PREP are running circles around DCPS The interesting thing is what happens EOTP. That is where a cluster system might actually what but DCPS is too incompetent to pull it off. Instead we will have more brookland middle school situations [/quote]
