Agree there should be charges levied against his parents.

Interesting Fact:  The Parkland shooter bought his gun legally with a background check.

Another Interesting Fact:  Both of the synagogue shooters (Pittsburgh and San Diego) bought their guns legally with a background check.[/quote]

If this information is correct, I do not believe the parents should be charged with negligence:
