They should take at least 50% of students who are performing below grade, and 50% of students whp are performing above grades. The knowledge will flow out in vapor-form from overly intelligent students and get soaked in the brains of less-intelligent students. Eventually, all intelligence and brilliance will be the same in all students. Next, we should do the same things to distribute beauty equally among all students. Beauty bias has been proven in many experiments. We must check and see if less beautiful students are also low achievers...[/quote]
