[/quote] The issue is that the sites often seem to be either guessing, or mixing people up, or both - common name or not. That is incorrect information. Also, the sites allude to the fact that someone is a criminal. when they are not - so yeah, they are definitely opening themselves up to a lawsuit or two, or thousands. [/quote] +1 And if you read earlier posts in this thread-the site often threatens people that they have "negative reputation information" on their profile and try to encourage them to pay $ to rid their profile of this info, when no negative information exists.[/quote]
