* WHAT...Snow expected. Snow accumulations around one inch. The
  snow is expected to be heaviest during the morning.

* WHERE...Washington D.C. and nearby suburbs.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With surface temperatures well below
  freezing, even minor accumulations of snow can cause untreated
  roads to become icy. This is expected to impact travel today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.[/quote]
