Why don't you offer to help her out? I really think it's crappy of you and your other friend to even bring up the issue of jealousy over cuteness when she is obviously dealing with a lot right now. Why don't you try being a good friend and offer to help?

Let's see, OP.  You've stated from your posts that you 1) have a cuter baby; 2) you are not overwhelmed and she is; 3) money is tight for her but of course not for you and 4)  You Have HELP!!!!  Oh my goodness, you are SO Lucky!!  and of course, you reitrated that yourself because you've 5) met a bunch of new moms and made new friends!!!!!
