Just pay a trainer and a nutrionist to put a plan together for you and then get in the gym and work it.  I think it cost me $60.

When I was 20, I was awkward, shy, chubby, and had a large crooked nose, big chin, and small eyes and absolutely no boyfriends.
When I was 35, I was awkward, shy, thin-to-average, and had a large crooked nose, big chin, small eyes, and some wrinkles and many men flirting and asking me out.

100% true. Universally understood. Yet we are surrounded by overweight women asking how to find love, or why did my marriage fail (maybe that extra 40 pounds was a factor?) Doh!![/quote]
