Did anyone consider how that fence would impede emergency vehicles in the event of a fire or police emergency? Did they consider that it could prevent students from leaving and turn them into sitting ducks in an active shooter situation? Lots of decisions at Churchill since Mrs. Heckert's arrival has been short-sided and poorly communicated and created new problems. As they say to new doctors, "first cause no harm."[/quote]
