Geez, businesses are not going to pause over overcrowded schools. MOCO is actually known for its good schools. The biggest business killer is the ridiculously strict regulations that we have. Who is going to be better for business?[/quote]

Have you talked to current MCPS parents??  Been to the MCPS forum?

MoCo USED to be known for it’s good schools.  Not anymore.  Not by a long shot.  MCPS is pure ‘moco’.  (Ask a Latino friend if you need translation.)[/quote]

I know exactly what's going on in the schools. I'm a parent of 2 kids in public school, a PTA board member , and I was raised in the MCPS system.My kids are in an overcrowded school. I also know what it's like to be in a sh*tty  school system and trust me, mcps is not one. Is it perfect? No. But it's not the reason that would prevent businesses from coming here.
