I have zero power to change admin but I can change my situation. I can find a different job. I can change my attitude. I can work contract hours and say that I have family I have to go home to that have demands or a volunteer job that relies on me. I have seen teachers take weeks off at a time and year after year. People abuse the school district and get away with it. It sounds like OP has some serious mental health issues that she needs to address and she should be taking time off to deal with them. Admin will have to work around her. I’ve seeen them do it before and people STILL have a job.[/quote]
