I've been following this thread. As a parent, I wouldn't want you to teach my children. You clearly lack empathy and are only able to see things from your own perspective. Not a good trait for a teacher.
OP has indicated that there is nothing she can do about the situation. We have tried to comfort her. She just came on here to whine.
OK, let's add lack of reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to the list. You just keep unveiling more of yourself and none of it is positive. Please don't let my kids have you as a teacher.
Rather than trolling on here and insulting people who are trying to advise the OP, what are your solutions?

I have zero power to change admin but I can change my situation. I can find a different job. I can change my attitude. I can work contract hours and say that I have family I have to go home to that have demands or a volunteer job that relies on me. I have seen teachers take weeks off at a time and year after year. People abuse the school district and get away with it. It sounds like OP has some serious mental health issues that she needs to address and she should be taking time off to deal with them. Admin will have to work around her. I’ve seeen them do it before and people STILL have a job.

NP. You've clearly never worked for abusive admin. If so, you wouldn't give this advice. A lot can happen other besides being fired. What's the *worst* they can do? They can make it so bad (and do it in a "legal" way) that it makes being fired the preferable option. Admin like this are beyond defensive and won't actually reflect on their own choices and behavior and then you have a target on your back. Really dumb advice and I hope no young teachers take it to heart.
I actually have but I know how to lay low and I don’t make my job the center of my life. If it is soooooo bad, then quit. Seriously. It sounds like it is better to be homeless than the job you are in. It is painful to hear you complain. And, you can always out the big bad abusive admin here on DCUM. So, tell us who it is?

I am going into my 15th year teaching and for the past few years have been at an (LCPS elementary) where the admin is compleltey out of touch with how their decisions affect us and our mental and emotional state. There’s a toxic atmosphere and staff have indicated this year and year on the public survey that the county provides (for staff and parents as well as students) but it does nothing. Admin is in denial and The district does nothing even though they asked for this feedback.
I am dreading returning this year. Transferring has not been in the cards, I’ve tried. What do we do with clueless and manipulative admin?
The problems start at the top in LCPS. There are so many people in positions that they never should have been promoted in to. There is no one overseeing what is going on. Good luck op.
