NP. You've clearly never worked for abusive admin. If so, you wouldn't give this advice. A lot can happen other besides being fired. What's the *worst* they can do? They can make it so bad (and do it in a "legal" way) that it makes being fired the preferable option. Admin like this are beyond defensive and won't actually reflect on their own choices and behavior and then you have a target on your back. Really dumb advice and I hope no young teachers take it to heart. [/quote]

I actually have but I know how to lay low and I don’t make my job the center of my life. If it is soooooo bad, then quit. Seriously. It sounds like it is better to be homeless than the job you are in. It is painful to hear you complain. And, you can always out the big bad abusive admin here on DCUM. So, tell us who it is?[/quote]
