See the suspension data--MCPS pats themselves on the back that the suspension rate has been lowered, but that doesn't mean behavior has improved. In fact, it's gotten worse now that there aren't meaningful consequences for the behavior. Central Office is either unaware or doesn't care about what's really going on in schools because they're not the ones who have to deal with it--they only care about optics. [/quote]
