Esp now that the Kalmia house is on the market. If Hemlock had listed at 799, it'd be under contract already for as much as they're going to get for it. The seller probably sees other houses in the neighborhood going for 900/950 and thinks their house should be getting the same, not understanding that 90% of buyers in this market are very turned off by lack of central air. Especially in the summer! What were they thinking?[/quote]
