[/quote] It was not a “fair” system to distribute them only to people who had the means to wait in line for hours (and often ended up scalping them). The lottery system (at least the way it was run under Obama) was much more democratic. Most tickets were through the random online lottery, others set aside for military families, local public schools etc.[/quote]
