I would still approach him again, as a group. PTA turnout at Ft. Hunt is actually much better than my current school in a much more urban district. They provide childcare and free dinner here, but most parents don't turn up, and many not by choice. We also have contracted before/after school care managed like SACC. I know it's an uphill battle, but give him these specific examples. If he says he can't do anything at that point, remind him the last time Ft. Hunt was in the WaPo. One ineffective SACC employee should not get away with hurting so many people.
You bring up good points, who is going to be the parent to step up and organize? It looks like the others are afraid to. I know I had arguments about SACC with my husband. My kids are in Riverside. I know the teacher they are talking about. She is the summer SACC teacher. People are afraid of her because she calls Child services on parents, she like to get revenge, as other parents posted. CPS gets in the mix they find stuff where there is nothing. Nothing can be gained going after Muhlani. She will tear everything apart just cause she can. Her supervisor will not go against her. Unfortunately that’s how it is.
