There is enough there, I think, to find DC eligible, but it could go either way (i.e., it's not a 16 GBRS - lol). I've spent way too much time reading these forums, and we have almost a month to go before finding out. I'd say, "I don't care either way-- I just want to know," but I also know that is a lie. When we get the letter, if it says that DC is ineligible, I'm probably going to be looking back wistfully at those weeks of waiting for the letter.
