Back in Dec., 2011, Pelosi was promoting a payroll tax cut by Obama with this tweet:

"Today's agreement is a victory for the American people-they spoke out clearly & #40dollars each paycheck will make a difference.”

Not really.  People didn't even notice the increase because it was so small.  So, she's learned from experience.  With these latest tax cuts, most people can expect to see about a $30 increase in their paychecks.[/quote]
