After a fight, has he left without you?
No, but the idiot forgot his passport (in addition to the shaver and swimsuit he always forgets) so I manhandled the two toddlers the whole trip myself. Of course he paid $$$$$ to join us a couple days later and doesn't have the balls to tell anyone what really happened. He actually wanted us ALL to not go. On the vacation we already paid for. Because he doesn't know how to pack at age 37. Idiot.
In the situation you describe, he didn't leave you. He made a mistake and had to go home and get his passport. If he couldn't board the flight without his passport, and you didn't want to stay behind with him then you're the one that left him.
THIS.
Happened to me too, he missed a mutual friend's wedding weekend, showed up with no ID. I'd say on a weekly basis my husband makes it all the way downtown to his office without his work laptop, wallet or office ID. and must come back. Can't imagine what excuse he bakes up each time, better not be about me!!!
