Yes. I see that in this forum all the time. People warning whites that they are about to be in a world of pain once minorities "rule." So on one hand, progressives are complaining about discrimination against minorities, and on the other, they can't wait until they discriminate against the new white minority.

No need too, not all racial groups are the same when it comes to ability.  Not all cultures value the same traits.  For example some cultures creately value cooperation, some do not trust each other.  Some racial groups have different levels of future time orientation and impulse control.

Hence ability could mean both cultural traits for economic or political success as well as other characteristics.[/quote]

White is synonymous for "the west".  The west certainly has different cultural expression than East Asians, who have different cultural expressions from Africans who have different cultural expressions than South Asians so on and so forth.

If you don't think cultures influenced by Confucius do not have different values than those influenced by Greco-Roman and Enlightenment values, I suggest you educate yourself.  At the very least, one is more collective and hierarchical, one is more individualistic.

If you don't think there is a "white" culture in the united states, you would be incorrect.  White people have a distinct culture from hispanics, who have a distinct culture from blacks even though there are common areas of overlap like religion (black christianity is different from hispanic christianity even if the central tenets of the faith are the same, they are expressed in different cultural variations).  There are certainly sub-cultures within each group, but each group has different sets of values and acts differently.[/quote]
