Some of them like Rand Paul and Susan Collins think, each for their own reasons, that the GOP tax proposal stinks. No doubt John McCain and others will also weigh in with their dislike and that puts them in threat of not having enough votes to pass it and they will either have to dial their proposal way back or face a shutdown.[/quote]
