That's just silly.  DC has areas that are filled with people many of whom are decent people but there's a group mindset in some and a value system that tears down the neighborhood and community.   These neighborhoods are largely AA and when people get the money to move they do...

Think of this contagion as the way some young people have the herd behavior in other circumstances like frats.   Suscepible people fall into it.  Just like all Hispanic immigrants are not in MS13 which is a far more insidious problem since it's like the mafia-no escaping if you're in their territory.[/quote]
