In the old days, de jure segregation took care of this, and homeowners didn't need to figure anything out. Once covenants were struck down, people had to rely on their real estate agents to be the gate keepers. People who want to always find a way, but I'm glad that there won't be a score that pops up on every real estate site to make it easier for them. [/quote]
